On Saturday, March 19th, Modell’s Sporting Goods will be hosting its first ever FREE baseball camp. Kids ages 7-14 will have the opportunity to try out some of the newest, technologically advanced products available at Modell’s from vendors such as Nike, Rawlings and Wilson. During the session, they will receive expert training tips from the coaching staff of The Baseball Warehouse. The Baseball Warehouse staff is made up of professional scouts and local high school coaches.

At the beginning of their session, participants will receive a Welcome Pack filled with goodies and giveaways from the vendors. During the event, parents, coaches, and players will be able to explore Vendor Alley, where they will have the ability to special order the items they testing that day.

This is a great opportunity for kids in our community to come out with their teammates before the season kicks off and get extra help from the training staff. It would also give them the chance to try various types, sizes, and brands of baseball bats, prior to making a big decision on which bat they are going to use for the upcoming season.
