This is a nutrient dense meal in a glass. Enjoy the good taste and feel full. Remember to drink water throughout the day.
1 medium banana
1 cup fat free milk
1 packet lower sugar instant oatmeal, maple & brown sugar flavor
1/2 cup ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend ingredients until mixture is smooth. This recipe makes one serving.
