Mitchell’s New Years Resolution – Week 1

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope this finds you and yours happy and well.

This year I’ve decided to make my New Year’s Resolution all about continuing my commitment to getting healthy.  After filming Undercover Boss last year, I realized that I needed and wanted to be around for my family.  I knew in order to do so, I’d have to take care of myself more from a physical standpoint.  Since November, I’ve been working out 6 days a week with my trainer, John Wardell (  I feel great and I’ve already lost 30lbs .  My goal is to lose another 50!

I’m going to update this blog on a regular basis so you can see some of the things I will be doing in order to keep my New Year’s Resolution alive.  I will continue to work out 6 mornings a week with John, as well as keep a nutritious diet designed to support a lifetime of health.  It’s been challenging so far and I know I’m only just beginning this journey, but with support from my family, friends, and all of you, I have faith that I will succeed.

Throughout the month of January, Modell’s will be focusing on “Fitness”.  Whether you work out at home, take a trip to a local gym, bike, walk or run, we want to celebrate all you do to stay active and healthy.  We will highlight items we think can help both of us hit our goals this New Year!  And to show you how important fitness is to us, we’re going to pass along some great savings so getting those items is that much easier.
